Tire elements are set of features that are interconnected to make activities related to tires completely aligned with the Claire processes.
These are their main functionalities:
Performing diagnoses trough tires questions ─ Tablet
Reviewing the outcome and preparing the offer to the client ─ Desktop
Sending the offer using Customer Communication (Optional module) ─ Desktop
Repairing, replacing and swapping tires ─ Tablet
Performing these tasks using the tires element will synchronize information to other features such as the DBB feature or module like Customer Communication.
Communicating result of tires diagnoses
Once the mechanic has finished the checklist, the results will appear on the appointment details page.
Adding a replacement
To add a replacement, click the blue circle to the right of the position to open the 'Add replacement' window and make a selection.
Replacement tyres can also be offered for the storage tyres.
Sending the offer using Customer Communication (Optional module)
If multiple replacements were offered to the customer, bear in mind that they can only select one.
If multiple Tire Question checklists were performed during the same appointment, only the result of the last one will be shown.
Finally, put a thumbs up on the accepted tires. This will allow the mechanic to see them on his tablet.
