Tires truck element is an element that can be used to create a question. Once answered, it will populated a section called Tires in car details.
Performing the Truck Tires questions
Similar to other standard questions, the tires truck question must be included in a checklist/control for mechanics to perform it on their tablet. It retains the most of the behaviour as standard elements (e.g.: Status must be selected and pictures or videos can be added).
Tires question screen
Configure the axles layout, using these two buttons:
+ 2 Tyres Axle for single axle.
+ 4 Tyres Axle for dually axle.
Add one or many spares tires using:
+ Spare
Tires expanded details screen
The above screen can be pre-filled by a previous appointment.
Note that by completing any LEFT tires, the RIGHT tires will be automatically be pre-filled with the same value. Moreover after selecting FRONT tires value you will be able to copy its value to the REAR tires using the button indicated below:
If you do not find the reference you are looking for in the dropdown you can enter manually a reference by pressing the + button.
Communicating result of tires diagnoses
Like for other checklist being completed, results will be visible on the appointment details page.
Sending the offer using Customer Communication (Optional module)
In case, multiple replacements were offered to the customer, keep in mind that only one can be selected by your customers.
If multiple checklists with Tire Question were performed during the same appointment only the result of the last one would be shown.
Repairing
If a tire position is marked as Customer OK it will be listed under Claire interventions in the Car Overview screen.
Vehicle details
On the vehicle details page, you will be able to review the most recent update regarding the tires.
