Replacing a video on a question
This function has for benefit of giving you the option to edit the video's that will be sent to the customers when using Customer Communication. Therefore, allowing to download the initial video and at your own leisure add an intro, add an exit, add advertisement and blur privacy issues. Then when ready, simply replace the existing video with the new one.
Replacing a video on a question
On the workoder details page, on the video preview you wish to replace, click the upload icon
A file explorer will open when clicked, so simply browse and select the video you want in MOV or MP4 format.
This option is optional per location. To activate the option, please contact us at support@claireit.eu
