Connecting a tyre scanner
Tyre scanner can be integrated to Claire. Once the connection is established, it will allow your team to have in Claire the additional information it provides such as pdf report, if alignment is recommended or not and even a car profile picture.
How to activate it
Contact us at support@claireit.eu. Once activated in Claire, a key will be provided to you.
Where to find the Tyre scanner information
On tablet
Workorder overview
A new note will be available on workorder overview, and the report PDF is available as an attachment under the paperclip.
New Icon
A new icon will be visible while doing a check (with a tyre question). When clicked, the Tyre scanner pdf will be visible to the mechanic.
New question for alignment
Tyre question has an additional question that indicates if alignment is recommended by your tyre scanner.
Car profile picture
Tyre scanner can update car profile picture if not present.
On desktop
Appointment details page
Tyre scanner data is visible on the appointment details page.
Car details page
Information about alignment will be visible in tyres section.
