Printing a label for a key

To identify each key that got delivered, Claire now provides a layout to label the keys.

Activation

To activate this feature, contact us at support@claireit.eu.
There are two layout options available:
  1. Standard (Brand, Model, Registration number, Vinnumber, WO number, Receptionist and Customer name)
  2. Basic (Registration number, Vinnumber, WO number and Customer name)


How it works?

This feature is located on the Appointment details page as indicated in the image below:


Once you click on it, the following modal will appear in 6 print layouts:


  1. A4
  2. Label - 29 x 62 mm
  3. Label 29 x 90 mm
  4. Kiosk-label - 19,1 x 279,4 mm
  5. Keytag - 35 x 108 mm
  6. Altec QR
For printing labels, the following labelprinters are expected to work:
  1. Dymo 550 Turbo labelprinter
  2. Brother QL-820NMBC
  3. Brother QL-800 labelprinter
  4. Borther QL-560 labelprinter
  5. Voor Keytag: Altec labelprinter

Parking location

If a parking location note is added to the workorder, then this will also be visible on the keylabel.



Altec QR label

With this option you can use the Scan2Print option on a Altec labelprinter. Instead of the label information it will show a QR code:


Scan this QR code to print the keytag label.
