Printing a keylabel (V8)

To identify each key delivered, Claire has a clear layout for labelling the keys.

Activate

To activate this feature, please contact support@claireit.eu.

There are two sizes available:

1. Standard: (Brand, Model, License plate, Vinnumner, WO number, Receptionist and Customer)
2. Basic: (License plate, Vinnumner, WO number and Customer)
   

This feature is located on the Appointment Details page, as shown in the image below:

Once you click on the icon, a new pop-up screen will open with the key label. Here you can choose from six formats:

1. A4
2. Label - 29 x 62 mm
   
3. Label - 29 x 90 mm
4. Kiosk label - 19,1 x 279,4 mm
   
5. Keytag - 35 x 108 mm
   
6. LabelWriter 400 - 57 x 32 mm (Label is rotated vertically to accomodate for this printer)
7. Altec QR
   

Then click on Print to print the label.

Customers use the following models, among others, for printing key labels:

1. Dymo 550 Turbo labelprinter
2. Brother QL-820NMBC
   
3. Brother QL-800 labelprinter
   
4. Borther QL-560 labelprinter
   
5. LabelWriter 400
6. For Keytag: Altec labelprinter
   

Parking location

If a parking location note is added to the workorder, then this will also be visible on the keylabel.

Altec QR label

With this option you can use the Scan2Print option on a Altec labelprinter. Instead of the label information it will show a QR code:

Scan this QR code to print the keytag label.
