Does your location use the Claire Keylocker? Follow these steps to retrieve a key from the locker.
Prerequisite
Only an authorized user can issue and retrieve keys. Ask the chief mechanic to contact us at support@claireit.eu to update your user rights for the keylocker if necessary.
Picking up a key from the locker
A key icon on the tablet shows the mechanic when a key has been left in the keylocker.
Step 1
Open the desired work order with the key icon.
Step 2
Click on the button with the key icon. The following window will appear:
Step 3
Enter the code for your location. If you have the 'Dealer Admin' role, you can find it in the Location overview.
Step 4
Once you have entered the code, the following window will appear:
Now scan the QR code displayed on the keylocker.
If the QR code is not scanned within 30 seconds, it will automatically expire.
If the key has not been retrieved and you are about to perform a check, the following message will be displayed in the checklists overview:
