Settings

This setting can be configured in Location Settings.

Customer Drop-off

Create a WO with a driver that has an email you can access (keep in mind we don't have testing feature for lockers) with an appointment date in the future to get Online Check-in.
Answer Online Check-in but check this case below the agreements as pointed in the image below.

Alert
Alert: If its not visible, check if the Keylocker is full/available using portal https://acsesmanager.fr/login
If checked, you will receive a confirmation email containing the code.

Steps for DEV ENV:

To simulate a key drop, use the URL provided by Franck in the Sprint ticket. Replace {PIN_CODE} with the PIN code received in the confirmation email and {ACTION} with either dropoff (when dropping off a key) or checkout (when picking up a key). Open the URL once in Chrome and press Enter.
https://acses.clairedev.nl/v1/events/simulate?location_id=82&locker_system_id=151&code={PIN_CODE}&action={ACTION}
For the above example: https://acses.clairedev.nl/v1/events/simulate?location_id=82&locker_system_id=151&code=38JGP5&action=dropoff

On main page, you will see the key icon.

On the Appointment detail page, the action will be displayed in the activity logs.

Mechanick Pick-up

Log on tablet as a mechanic that has Keylocker allowed.

You have then 5 minutes to simulate key is picked, using the PIN code provided.
For example:
https://acses.clairedev.nl/v1/events/simulate?location_id=82&locker_system_id=151&code=87OMA4&action=checkout

Receptionist Drop-off

Select the Keylocker and the person who will receive the PIN to retrieve the key.
