Backorder Dashboard (V8)

Dit dashboard helpt gebruikers om in één overzicht alle afspraken met de status backorder te vinden.

Backorders dashboard

Je kunt het dashboard openen via het hamburgermenu zoals aangegeven in de onderstaande afbeelding:

 

Het backorder dashboard toont alle afspraken van jouw locatie die op de status backorder staan.

 

In de zoekbalk kun je zoeken op werkorder of kenteken.

Filters

Je kunt het dashboard filteren op:

  1. Eén of meerdere locaties tegelijkertijd.
  2. Afspraakdatum (standaard laatste 30 dagen)
  3. BO datum
  4. Kenteken / vinnummer

 

Door te klikken op onderstaand knop in de rechter bovenhoek, worden alle filters gereset naar standaard. Dat houdt in: terug naar de standaard locatie en de zoekbalk wordt gewist.

 

Contactgegevens bekijken

Om de beschikbare contactgegevens van de eigenaar, berijder of contractant te bekijken, plaatst de muis op het volgende pictogram:

 

Backorders exporteren

Door te klikken op onderstaand knop in de rechter bovenhoek, kun je een export downloaden van alle backorders in het dashboard.

 

Hierna opent een pop-up waar je kunt klikken op download. Het bestand wordt gedownload in Excel formaat.
