Last DMS update section

For locations using a DMS connected to Keyloop API, this section allows you to see when the appointment was last updated and add a refresh button to manually update the appointment in Claire if needed.

Prerequisite

Keyloop configuration needs to have been set up in Claire. In order to establish that connection between Keyloops and Claire,  simply contact us at support@claireit.eu
 and we will guide you every step of the way.

How it works

Once your location is configured, appointments will update automaticaly at conditions set by our team and on the appointment detail page
 a new section will be visible as indicated by the red arrow in the image below:

Components

1. Simply click the refresh button, the data about appointment date, interventions, car and customer will be updated in Claire.

2.  Last DMS update field shows how much time  has passed since the last time the appointment’s data was updated (i.e. 5 minutes ago).
