2Drive is a DMS build by Vinacles.

Capabilities

  1. Manual import workorders through searchbar
  2. Manual refresh workorders in the workorder detailpage
  3. Keep importing after work has started*

Currently no option for DMS WriteBack.
We request workorder data from Vinacles.

Requirements for importing:

  1. At least one Labor item on the workorder is required
Notes
Important: Add the workorder in the planning (Kalender) of 2Drive. Otherwise it will not be imported:
  1. Add the WO after the red stripe, which indicates the time. The red stripe does not update live.
  2. If the WO appointment date has changed from a future date to the date of today, then the WO also needs to be added in the planning of today.

Imported data

Appointment:

  1. DMS number
  2. WO number
  3. Appointment date
  4. DMS mileage

Intervention:

  1. Title
  2. Prices
  3. Reference code of parts

Car:

  1. Make and model
  2. Registration number

Driver/Owner/Contractor:

  1. Last name
  2. Telephone business
  3. E-mail business
