Carsys options

Carsys is a different kind of DMS, because it pushes the data to Claire.
For any other DMS we send a request for data to the DMS.

Synchronising workorders

Workorders created before the integration was set up, are not automatically imported into Claire. Carsys includes a dedicated button for synchronising work orders with Claire. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Right-click on the work order in Carsys.

2. Select the option  'synchroniseer werkkaart met Claire'.


3. The workorder will be sent to Claire straight away, containing the latest information.

  • Customer waiting

Intervention:

  • Title and description
  • Prices

Car:

  • Make and model
  • Registration number
  • Vin number
  • Fuel
  • First registration date
  • APK date

Driver/Owner/Contractor:

  • Company
  • Title
  • First and last name
  • Street
  • House number

  • E-mail private
