Appointment list

The appointment list is the main page in Claire, it is the first page you see after logging in. Here you will find an overview of all the workorders with today's date or that are currently being worked on. All the relevant information about a workorder is visible here, like: the date, customer, car, status etc. By clicking on it  the workorder page opens.

Workorder detailpage

In this page you will find all the details of the workorder, it is the heart of Claire. Here you can control the whole workorder process in Claire, like all the cars a mechanic has worked on and the communication with the customer. A receptionist can also add extra information, such as interventions or different kinds of notes. Everything that is done on a workorder will be logged on this page.

Dayplanner

This dashboard in Claire will give an overview of all the workorders which have the date of today or are currently being worked on, just like the appointment list. But on this page it is also possible to assign workorders to different mechanics and follow the process status. This gives the chief mechanic an overview off all the work that is being done by mechanics.

Warranty Dashboard

In Claire it is possible to mark work as warranty or recall. The warranty dashboard is a tool which allows you to manage information about these items. The data can be customized using the various filters and allows you to streamline the warranty process. This enables you to monitor and analyze this important part of aftersales.

Leads page

The Leads page gives an overview of all identified unrepaired work, thus giving you an effective tool that allows you to visualize the missed opportunities you have found using the Claire process. This feature allows you to organise and filter these lead chances for upselling your services.

Customer Communication

Our customer communication tools allows clear and transparent communication with your customer. Being a digital way of communication, it creates the competitive advantage of transparant and direct communication with the customer. This is done without sacrificing the quality of information and service you are providing to them through E-mail and/or SMS. It is built to be completely in tune with the Claire process of reducing delays and frictions at your workplace. This part of Claire is completely customizable with your own personal branding.

Dealer/Location reports

These reports will help you to visualize the overall usage of the Claire's processes for one or multiple locations. These reports allow you to compare the locations within your group and see if benchmarks were reached. All the data you need is stored on these pages.

Claire Tyrescanner AI

In our pursuit to a paper-free, completely digital process, is AI a tool that can not be overlooked. Our Tyrescanner is our first integrated AI feature in Claire. Thanks to this function, it is now possible to scan tyres with AI. The advantage of this is that it saves time from users. By taking one picture, the tyres are automatically entered in Claire.
