Filters Logic:

Filter out:
The first icon filter, the dollar sign, filters out any appointment that has the dollar sign activated. For example: If you gave to this notification the meaning that customer has paid, it will allow you to list any appointment/workorder that have NOT been paid yet.

Filter in:
Once you clicked on one the last four icons on the header row, it will turn green and consequently the appointment list will automatically be repopulated with any appointment containing the notification greened out in the filter. For example: If you activate the star and the exclamation mark icons, you can see appointments for VIP customers AND the appointments with recurring issues.

Both:
If you green out the dollar sign and one (or many) of the last four icons, it will list any appointment with the last four notifications but without the one with the dollar sign. For example: If you click the dollar sign, pin and the shopping cart icons, it will show you the appointments with a note AND the ones with part available but only the appointment that are NOT paid.
