Edit user profile (V8)

In the account settings, you can change certain elements of your profile, password, default location and landing page.

 

Where do you find the account settings?

Navigate to the Appointment list and click on the photo icon in the top right corner, as shown below.

 

 

Click on Account settings.

Always click Save when making changes to your profile, otherwise they may be lost.

Add a profile picture

Hover your cursor over the circle, and click Upload photo.

 

Choose the desired profile picture from your files and click Open (varies by computer system).

Update phone number

Click on the box shown below, and enter your phone number.

 

Appointment list settings

Here you will find some general settings for your account in Claire.

1. Location: Set your default location when you login to Claire (you can choose from the location available in your dealer)
2. Langing page: Select the page that opens when you login to Claire (by default set to Appointments page)
3. Default statuses: Select which statuses are enabled by default
4. Use counter tablets: If the counter tablet setting is enabled for your location, you can give yourself access to it.
5. Show prices with VAT: When enabled, all prices in Claire are with VAT (setting is visible if VAT is enabled for your location)
6. List appointments by: Select if the appointment list shows the appointment date or scheduled in/out date*
7. Vehicle type: Filter on which appointments are visible in the appointment list depending on vehicle type**

*If scheduled in/out date is supported and enabled for your dealer.

**Only for Autoline Keyloop users. By default the filter is set to All.

Change default statuses

If you are working with specific statuses in Claire, then it is possible to organize your overview. Click on this bar disable/enable certain status filters.

On the appointmentlist these filters will then be enabled/disabled by default. These filters will also be remembered when logging out.

The same can be done for the Workshop

Day Overview. In the section below you can set the following default filters:

• Collapse column by default: Collapse the Appointment, Cars Ready and/or Quality Control columns by default
• Default statuses: Which statuses are selected/deselected by default
• Default brands: Which brands are selectable in the brand filter

Change password

Click on the green Change password button.

 

Enter your old password, a new password and confirm the new password by entering it again. Then click Save.

Activate order status

Depending on the option(s) you have enabled, the available filters on the main page will change. You can find more information on the meaning of the statuses here.

Activate star status

By default it is possible to filter on all star colours in the appointment list. If you want to filter on a specific star colour, you can do this by enabling a colour in the settings.

If for example two colours are selected, a dropdown will appear on the appointment list with these colours.

 

Turn notifications on/off

Turn notifications on for certain actions. You will get notified when other users click on that action for a workorder. For instance: In the picture below, the user will get notified when another user enables the pin on a WO and when a mechanic starts a check on a WO.

 

Customer waiting / Car in shop

If you want to be notified with a pop up for customer waiting WO´s that are been set to Car in shop, enable this setting.
