New filters in the Appointment list
We
have added new filters to the 'Updated by' column.
You can filter by 3 (or 4) criteria.
Where can you find the filters?
Navigate to ‘Updated by’ in
the Appointment list. Click on the small arrow to open the
dropdown.
Meaning filters
Updated by:
which user made the last status update on the work order.
Customer Owner:
which user put the car in shop.
Receptionist:
which receptionist made the last status update on the work
order.
Do you use a
planning system like PlanIT or 1iAutomotive? Then
you can also filter by 'Assigned to'. This allows you to see which
mechanic the work order has been assigned to.
