(V8) Assign customer owner
WO can have a customer owner. Automatically when the car in shop is set manually by receptionist*.
In the appointment list you can select in the column dropdown Customer Owner (CO):
The selection will display all Customer Owners assigned to WO in the appointment list.
Selecting "My Appointments" from the dropdown menu will show you which work orders you're assigned to as the Customer Owner.
If you want to change the Customer Owner on a specific WO, then you open the appointment detailpage and select new user.
When new Customer Owner is assigned, you will see the change also on the appointment list.
List of Customer Owner contains only users with the Receptionist role.
*Car in shop can be set automatically when the mechanic completed the checklist on tablet. In this case Customer Owner will not be set so the receptionist can select the Customer Owner manually in the appointment detailpage.
