Creating a DBB appointment in Claire (V8)

With the DBB button it is possible to directly create a tyre change appointment in Claire, without going through the Direct Access miniportal. This article will explain how this works.

Notes
Note: Currently it is only possible to create a tyre change appointment, if the car has an existing DBB contract.

DBB button

Open a workorder in Claire with an existing DBB contract. Note that a plus icon is added next to the DBB button.


Click on the button to open the Add DBB appointment modal. Here you can add a delivery date.


After clicking on Save, the appointment with DBB is created on the entered delivery date.
