Connecting to ICM

Purpose

Claire is giving users rapid access to Renault's interface called ICM.

Step 1

On the appointment list page, click on the work order number.

 

Step 2

On the appointment detail page, click on the ICM button that you see at the superior left part of the page.

 

Step 3

The ICM wil then open,  Claire will have populated the the VIN and last known KM populated.
