Assigning a new DPO (Data Protection Officer)
At Claire,
every dealer should have an assigned user as DPO, Data Protection Officer, at
all time and that user must have accepted agreement in that regards with
Claire.
If you want to select a different DPO, simply contact us support@claireit.eu and indicate in your email which user you want to
represent your dealer as DPO in Claire.
The
selection of a DPO must of course be based on her personal and professional
qualities, but particular attention must be paid to her expert knowledge of
data protection. A good understanding of the way the organisation operates is
also recommended.

For new dealer: If a user is not assigned as
DPO or have not accepted the agreement, it's possible that Claire will not let
other users logging in anymore.
