What it looks like on appointment list
In the appointmentlist, all workorders in the status New Car will show a red checklist icon in the note column.
By hovering over this icon, it will show which department is checked of:
If all departments checked the workorder off, the icon will change to green.
This icon will dissapear once the status of the workorder changed to Car in Shop.
If the hover over does not pop-up, it means that no department left a checkmark.
What it looks like in the workorder detailpage
On the WO detail page, at the top of the Car & Customer section, you will see a small overview box called 3D. This shows the status of all three department checks at a glance.

The WO receives the 3D checked status only when all three departments have marked their checkbox.
When the WO status is Car in Shop or higher, the checkboxes are locked and the modal can be opened in read-only mode.
How to mark a Department as checked
- On the WO detail page, locate the 3D overview box at the top of the Car & Customer section
- Click on the box to open the modal
- Inside the modal you will see three checkboxes with icons, one for each department:
- Reception
- Parts
- Workshop
- Tick the checkbox for your department
- Checkboxes can be ticked and unticked multiple times
- Optionally, leave a remark in the remark box below the checkboxes — this is not mandatory
- Click save to confirm
Remarks and Log
- Anyone can leave a remark and edit it at any time
- Below the remark box there is a log of the last 4 edits made
