Customer communication log (V8)

The Customer communication log is the last field on the Appointment detail page. You will find it in the Activity log.

 

In this log, you can view all the details of the communication signed and answered by the customer. Such as the online check-in, the diagnose overview and the repairoverview.

 

 

Click on any of these communications to gain insight into specific communications, such as when they were sent, when they were answered and which interventions were accepted.

 

The log contains:

  1. Appointment information (WO number, registration number, appointment date and time)
  2. Communication type (Online check-in, diagnosis summary or repair summary)
  3. Communication events (sent, opened, answered) with date and time
  4. Accepted scheduled services
  5. Denied services
  6. Contact scheduled services
  7. Accepted agreements

 

 

Info

In the customer communication log, prices are displayed as €0.00 if:

  • The setting for your location is configured to hide prices for DMS interventions.
  • The setting for customer communication is to hide the price of interventions for an appointment related to a leasing company.
  • The price is lower than €0.01.

 


Notes
Clicking on an agreement will reveal the version the customer has agreed to.
