This feature able you to add a note about a phone call to a customer.
Accessing
On the WO page, the button to access the note feature will be located at the top right section as indicated by the red arrow in the image below.
Then select Call Customer Note
Adding the Customer Call note
Once selected, the following modal will appear.

Answers field can be disable or modify by users with a dealer admin role. Click
Once saved, it will be displayed within the Important items section.
In order to modify it, click the following icon:
On the main page, you will now see a red icon that if you hover over you will see the notes entered.
You can only have one customer call note per workorder and this note is not visible to the mechanic.
