This function allows you to attach a customer bill. After attaching the customer bill, you can send the invoice to the customer via the Repair overview. When the invoice is received by the customer, it can be downloaded.
Where is the customer bill note?
In the workorder page, click on the green plus icon in the Notes tab. Here you can add the Customer bill.
How does the customer bill work?
Clicking on add customer bill will open a pop-up where you can add a file by dragging it or clicking on browse. You can also add a note here.
Then click Save.
The Customer bill is now in the Notes tab.
By clicking on the pen icon you can edit the customer bill note.
After the customer bill has been added, it can be sent to the customer via the Repair overview.
When the customer opens the repair overview, he/she has the option to download the customer invoice by clicking on Download your bill.
