When creating a work order in Truckvision, Truckvision always fills the date field with the date the file was created.
The "Start Availability" field is populated before the vehicle is actually in the workshop. (This can be adjusted at any time.)
The appointment date that Claire shows is the Start beschikbaarheid date of the work order and not the date on which the appointment was actually created.
Rules to get a WO imported in Claire:
1. Appointment date (in the range we are importing)
2. Car information (license plate, brand / modal / vin number)
3. Customer information (name / surname)
4. Interventions with a number between 200 and 399 in the field Status.*
Recurring car from Truckvision to Claire:
It's possible to have multiple work orders within a file in TruckVision. These are work orders for the same car, but each has its own tasks. TruckVision uses work order numbers that begin with the file number and are followed by 01, 02, etc. In theory, it's possible to create 99 work orders within a file.
It doesn't matter if the vehicle returns later or if, for whatever reason, a second work order is created within the same file. For the sake of completeness: if a work order within a file reaches status 400 (Work completed), it can no longer be clocked. If you do want to do this within the same file, you'll need to create a second work order.
Second work orders within a file sometimes happen accidentally (per task/process ID, you can choose to add the tasks to an existing work order or create a new one).
Second work orders are sometimes also created intentionally within an existing file, so you have the complete history of a repair or similar project in a single file, even if the customer returned later for work that was still on backorder.
This option also allows you to invoice the customer for the first work order, as it sometimes takes a while for a vehicle to return for the remaining work.
A second work order in a file should be displayed in Claire in the same way as a first work order in a file.
