The Leads page (V8)

The Leads page lists all identified unrepaired interventions, thus giving you an effective tool that allows you to visualize the missed opportunities you have found using the Claire process. Moreover, this feature allows you to organise and filter these lead chances for upselling your services.

Accessing the Leads page

The Leads feature is accessible in the side menu.

 

 

The Leads page will appear and shows by default all the items from last month and items that were snoozed.

 

 


Notes

Note: Snoozed items that have for status Done are not listed by default, unless selected in the snooze status filter.

Available types

On the dropdown list on the top left, you can select a leads type.

 


  • Snoozed: All items where snooze has been activated.
  • Not snoozed: All items marked as advised, necessary and good with comment, but which have not been snoozed and not repaired.
  • Cars: All cars where the Next date falls in the selected time period.
  • Tires: All tires marked as advised, necessary and good with comment, but which have not been snoozed and not repaired.

Snoozed type

You have several options to search and filter for snoozed items:

Enable to only see snoozed interventions listed.

Filter reset button

Click this to reset the filters to the default setting (Only location filter is active, set at your default location).

9.

Export button

Click this to create an export of the snoozed items overview with the filters set.


Below is an explanation of the columns in the table. Some columns also include a filter, which can be seen by clicking on the filter icon next to a heading.

 

Name

Description

Appointment Date

Filter by the date period between which the appointment date falls. Defaults to the last 30 days.

WO#

The workorder number of the snoozed item. If nothing is entered here, this snoozed item belongs to the workorder above it. Click on it to open the workorder.

Reg#

The registration number of the snoozed item. If nothing is entered here, this snoozed item belongs to the workorder above it. This column can be filtered by lease or no lease.*

Location

The location where the item/intervention is snoozed.

Snooze Date

Filter by the date period between which an item has been snoozed. By default, this is off.

Snooze Status

Filter by the entered snooze status of snoozed items, such as: new, pending, approved, etc.

Task

Filter on the completed task of the snoozed item, such as: next visit customer, make offer, etc.

Last updated By

This column contains the name of the user who last updated the snooze.

Updated On

The date the snooze was last updated. Option to filter by date period between which snooze has been updated.

Customer OK User

This column contains the name of the user who changed the status of the work order to Customer OK.

Intervention/Question Result

This column lists the name of the snoozed items.

Note

This column shows the last note added to snooze.

Status Filter

Filter by the status of the item/intervention, such as: Ok, Advised or Necessary.

Customer Info

Hover over this icon to see customer details.

Snooze Button

Click this to open the snooze screen and make any adjustments.

Not Snoozed type

You have several options to search and filter for not snoozed items:

Name

Description

Appointment date

Appointment date of the workorder where the car is found.

WO#

The workorder number of the car. Click on it to open the workorder.

Reg#

The registration number of the car. Click on it to open the auto car page.

Location

The location where the workorder is from.

Current Km

The current mileage entered during the checklist on this work order.

Next Km

The next estimated mileage when the car is due back for servicing. Entered by the mechanic during the last appointment.

Next Date

The next estimated date for maintenance, entered by the mechanic during the last appointment.

Predicted Next Date

The next estimated date for maintenance, based on driving behaviour between the previous two appointments.**

Info**Predicted next date is calculated based on the average number of kilometers driven per day, between the first and last appointment, to calculate on which date the vehicle should reach the Next KM for maintenance.


Tires type

Not yet available in V8.

 


Exporting your current selection

Step 1: Click the export button to download an .ods (Excell) file with the filters set. This is only possible when 1 location is selected.

 

 

Step 2: Then a pop-up will open, click Download here to download the file.

 

 

Notes

Note: The export function is only available for athorised users. Please contact support@claireit.eu to activate it in your account. 

Snooze button

Snoozing in the Not Snoozed overview

Step 1: The grey snooze icon indicates that the item has not been snoozed. Click the icon to activate it.

 

 

Step 2: The snooze screen appears. Enter the information here and click Save.

 

 

Deleting a snoozed item

Step 1: Open a snoozed item by clicking on the blue snooze icon. Then click Delete at the bottom right.

 

 

Step 2: A new pop-up will open asking if you are sure. Enter the reason for deletion here and select Confirm.

 

 

InfoThis does not remove the item from the work order. It only deactivates the snooze of this item.
