During
the process in Claire you use various checklists. This artice axplains the
options you have and the steps in the process.
Starting the check process in Claire
Before
starting a check you first have to open the workorder. You can do this by
clicking on the work order number in the overviewpage.
When you click on
the planning toggle in the top left, you get an overview of the workorders
assigned to your name (Only if the Dayplanner is active or an altenative
planningtool is used).
When
you have opened the work order, you can see a clipboard icon, click here to start a check.
The clipboard button gives you access to the
different checklist categories: Normal, Warranty, Info and Test Drive. Each category is available
depending on the status of the
workorder. These are explained here below.
When is each checklist category available?
In
the following statusses these categories are available: Normal, Warranty, Info and Test Drive.
| New
appointment |
| Visual
check done |
| Check

In
the following statusses is only the category Test Drive available.
| An offer is being made |
| Offer ready |
| Customer answered |
| Customer

In
the status Car ready are the
categories Quality and Test Drive available.
In
the status Quality check is
only the category Test Drive available.
In
the status Info are the
categories Info and Test Drive available.
Select the category
you need and choose a chesklist from that list.
Car Brand categorie: If any of the checklist
available is assigned to the brand of the vehicle, an additional category with
a car icon is visible with the name of the brand below it.
After clicking on
it, it will list the assigned checklist.
Note: The checklist will also remain
available under its checklist type section.
In case a mechanic
is doing a check on a workorder and another mechanic tries to start a
different checklist on the same workorder, he/she sees a message in
orange: 'This car is currently in
pregress by XXX'. The mechanic is allowed to start a Test Drive or any
other checklist that does not update
the status.
In case the
mechanics tablet crashes during an inspection, he/she gets a pop-up to resume
work in progress when the app is restarted. This gives the following
three options:
YES: The checklist will be
resumed. The checklist is saved at the last question marked as done.
NO: The pop-up will dissapear
and the mechanic can start working on a different WO. But the pop-up
keeps appearing every time the mechanic enters the appointment overview
page. It disappears only when the check is completed or deleted.
DELETE: The checklist and all the
work in it will be deleted.
Completing a Claire check:
Green: It is fine.
Green + addition (T): It is fine but you want to
add text, photo or video.
Orange: Advice point. It is not
urgent but affects the driving behavior, comfort and safety of the car.
Red: Necessary. It is
irresponsible to continue driving or APK disapproval.
Grey: This question is N/A
If a check is not fully completed, you will not be
able to continue. In order to proceed, all points on the checklist must be
checked and processed in the application. If one or more steps have been
forgotten, this will be shown at the bottom of the screen.
Once the check is
properly completed, click End Car Check and
the following screen will be visible once the information has been
successfully transferred.

button with the double check marks on the top right corner. On the Final Check screen, only approved

In order to record
your changes, simply click on the END CAR FINAL CHECK button on top right
corner of the Car Overview screen.
After clicking it,
one of two following messages could appear:

only appear if you answered a tire element question.
Answer YES and you will be
redirected to a screen where you can indicate the swap.
Answer NO to
resume to the next question when applicable.

Later and
the question will be asked again the next time.
