Notifications on tablet

It is now possible to receive a notification on tablet in Claire for workorders, if the following criteria are met:

  • The setting is be enabled on location settings and on the tablet
  • The Workshop Dayoverview is active on the location
  • The WO is assigned to the mechanic in the Workshop Dayoverview
  • The WO status has changed to Customer OK or Extra Info

Contact support@claireit.eu to enable this setting on your location.

How it works

Open the account settings on tablet and enable the toggle Notification for assigned WO.

 

Now you will get notified on the tablet if the status of an assigned WO has changed to Customer OK or Extra Info. The notification only appears on the appointment list or the main WO page:

Click on Close to close the pop-up or click on Open to navigatie to the WO.
