This feature allows desktop users to search and view information about customers.
The Customer overview page is accessible in the side menu.
Search for a customer
In order to search for a customer use the search bar located at the top of the page:
For the best result, enter the customer DMS number.
Filtering by Lease company
Use the toggle button in the top left corner:
Opening the customer details information
Click on the row to open the modal below.
You can view car appointments or cars related to this customer at the bottom of this modal.
Leasing company
Leasing company will have a special identifier as shown in the image below.*
*Configuration is required with your DMS, simply contact us at support@claireit.eu and we will investigate to see if your location can have this feature activated.
Blocking customer communication
If your location has opted to use our Customer Communication module , you can exclude customers from receiving any email and SMS communications. Simply toggle on the button called Block Communication as indicated in the image below.
Internal customer
You can indicate if the customer is an internal customer.
Preferred Channel
You can view and indicate the preferred channel of the customer. If your location has opted to use our Customer Communication module , it will then be indicated on the customer communication modal. The preferred channel can also selected from the Online Check-in by the customer himself. The communication will then be sent through mail or SMS**.
**It is only possible to sent through SMS if this is activated on dealer level and if the customer has a mobile phonenumber. Contact support@claireit.eu or click here for more information.
